CC-3A-2000 Rotary Three-Station Rotomolder, Continuous Circulation Plastic Rotational Molding Production Equipment is a three-station carousel rotomolding machine independently researched and manufactured by YINGCHUANG Rotomolding. It adopts an integrated rotary turntable structure with three independent rotating arms, reasonably equipped with heating station, cooling station and mold loading & unloading station. The three stations operate continuously and synchronously without waiting downtime, realizing uninterrupted cyclic production and greatly improving the daily processing capacity of medium and small hollow plastic product manufacturers.

This CC-3A-2000 rotary three-station rotomolder features compact layout and small floor occupation, which is suitable for workshops with limited space. It is widely compatible with various medium and small rotomolds, including plastic leisure chairs, hollow plastic toys, mini plastic storage containers, small cleaning equipment housings and other hollow plastic parts. Each rotating arm is matched with an independent high-torque drive motor and reducer to ensure stable rotation without shaking during high-temperature operation. The heating cabin is equipped with optimized hot air circulation system and independent intelligent constant temperature control module, with uniform internal heating and accurate temperature adjustment, effectively reducing defective products caused by temperature difference. We provide full OEM customization services, including rotating arm load, heating power, air/water cooling mode, PLC control program and auxiliary mold hanging frames according to customer production layout and product types.

The whole machine is surrounded by metal mesh safety isolation fence to prevent accidental collision during operation, improving production safety.
