The shuttle rotomolding machine is comprised of two moving reels and one oven.
The oven uses the principle of hot gas upwards. It can be heated by three types of fuels: liquefied gas, natural gas, and diesel. This results in a high efficiency, energy-saving heat cycle oven, with a high space utilization rate, fast heating speed of moulds, adjustable speed of heat cycle, automatic positioning heating system, heat balance, and uniform wall thickness of product formation.
The oven adopts a circular structure for superior space utilization and increased energy efficiency.
This fabrication structure of the oven is composed of 4, 5 or 6 elements readily assembled.
The hot air rises principle is adopted for the heating method. With this method, the oven heating is faster while energy efficiency is increased.
High-quality burners are imported from the Italian Liya Road brand.
The control system utilizes Siemens S7-1200 network cable to collect data and reduce the problems of conventional cables, hence the cable line is more aesthetically pleasing.
