YINGCHUANG PLC Intelligent 3-Arm Automatic Carousel Rotomolding Machine, Rotary Rotational Molding Equipment For Colorful Plastic Cooler Box, Ice Box & Insulated Containers is a dedicated three-station carousel rotational molding machine independently developed by YINGCHUANG Rotomolding, specially customized for mass production of hollow insulated plastic products including colorful cooler boxes, ice boxes, outdoor ice buckets and thermal insulation containers.

This 3-arm carousel rotomolder adopts integrated rotary turntable layout with three independent rotating arms, equipped with separated heating station, cooling station and mold loading/unloading station to realize synchronous circulation operation without downtime waiting. Equipped with industrial PLC touch screen full automatic control system, the whole production process of heating, heat preservation, cooling and mold replacement can run unattended. It features moderate heating space and precise constant temperature heating system, perfectly matching small & medium-sized molds for various insulated coolers, ice storage boxes and portable thermal containers. Each rotating arm is equipped with independent high-torque drive motor, running stably with low vibration to ensure uniform melting of colored LLDPE raw materials, guaranteeing bright and uniform surface color of finished cooler boxes. We support full OEM customization of arm load, heating power, air/water cooling mode, PLC program logic and auxiliary mold racks according to customers’ cooler box production line demands.
