YINGCHUANG Independent Industrial PLC Bi-Axial Shuttle Rotomolding Machine, Large Oven Automatic Rotational Molding Equipment For LLDPE Plastic Buckets & Vertical/Horizontal Water Storage Tanks is multi-purpose ferry shuttle rotational molding equipment independently developed by YINGCHUANG Rotomolding Factory, designed for mixed mass production of industrial plastic buckets, chemical anti-corrosion barrels and 1000L–50000L vertical & horizontal LLDPE water storage tanks.

This machine is equipped with a large full insulated sealed heating oven and reinforced alloy bi-axial rotating arms with independent high-torque dual-shaft drive system, compatible with both small plastic bucket molds and large water tank molds. Adopt reciprocating shuttle cycle working mode, matched with self-developed industrial PLC full automatic intelligent control system, realize unattended synchronous circulation of heating, heat preservation, cooling and mold changing without idle downtime, greatly improve equipment utilization rate for factories producing two categories of hollow plastic goods at the same time. The large oven adopts full-surround thick high-density thermal insulation cotton and multi-group circulating hot air uniform heating structure, tiny internal temperature difference, LLDPE raw materials melt evenly, effectively eliminate common defects such as uneven wall thickness, cold spots, bubbles and surface color difference of plastic buckets and water tanks. The whole machine frame uses extra thick reinforced carbon steel integral welding, strong anti-deformation performance under long-term alternating heavy and light mold full-load operation. We support full customization of oven length, rotating arm bearing capacity, heating power and cooling mode according to customers’ mixed production demand of plastic buckets and water tanks.
