Supported by full PLC touch screen automatic control system, it realizes unattended automatic cycle of heating, heat preservation, cooling and demolding, eliminating downtime waiting and greatly boosting continuous production capacity for factories manufacturing large hollow plastic products.

This double-arm ferry shuttle rotomolder owns ultra-wide internal heating space and strong load-bearing rotating arms, which can hold oversized heavy molds that carousel rotomolding machines cannot accommodate. It is widely applicable for mass production of large plastic water tanks, chemical storage containers, hollow outdoor plastic furniture, plastic kayaks, floating buoys and sanitation equipment shells.
